Fairly simple applied on indeed and got a call for an interview the following day the manager was nice yet serious you just have to be yourself and don’t be nervous the training usually last 3 days then you take a server exam which is the easiest exam I’ve taken at any restaurant

They asked basic HR questions in the beginning such as why you want the job and tell me about yourself. Afterwards we talked more about how I would fit in the restaurant, policies, and more. Overall the interview was easy, laidback, and fun!
