Three phone calls which seemed to be more conversational than an interview... left me wondering if I had been given an offer or...? Later I found the promises made during the interview to be false... Disappointed in the company as a whole.

It wasn't a real interview at all. Basically just chatting about random life experiences or asking any questions you feel like asking. It was a 2 person process but neither really asked me about my experiences or how comfortable I would be with the position or how much I knew about it (turned out I didn't really know anything).
