Interview process was easy. They called me in for an in person interview and told me a decision has been made but never heard back from them after the interview. The owner kept asking me if I need sponsorship and if I was born in the US which I thought was a bit inappropriate and irrelevant to the role.

Overall process was smooth and easy. No tricky interview questions. Owners were friendly. From initial interview to job offer took less than 2 weeks. But they didn't mention the starting date would be 2 months later during interview. Positive experience overall.
