Second Round:Video Synthesis Round:Had to write about the company based on the videos shown,corporate Presentation and company Tour. Third Round:Group Activity:Your group(group of 6) will be given a case study,discuss among yourself and come up with the best solution.Defining your problem and talking about the attributes connected to the problems and coming up with the best solution is the key.If you perform well as a group they will select everyone from your group or else they will try to eliminate few who were not able to come up with sensible points(dont talk nonsense,keep it simple and at common sense level) Final round:Interview based on your resume,sometimes they might throw few pzzles at you.The initial Tell me about yourself will carry the rest of the interview.But in the end ultimate thing is "CASE STUDY EVALUATION".They give you a case study and evaluate based on your approach towards the given problem.My case study was what are the factors you will consider if you want to open a LUXURY CAR DEALING COMPANY in the USA!Systematic answer with structural thinking will win the game for you!
