The Interview was open to anyone who applied, ranging from those not too qualified to some who may have been overqualified. It was conducted as a panel process with a manager and director of the department, along with a HR representative all present. The HR representative really did most of the questioning and directed conversation, which was pretty casual and friendly throughout the process. The Director might have spoke once, maybe twice, asking about my experience with the jobs required tasks.
