I started with a phone interview with the HR manager and then a Skype interview with three managers that I was going to work with when I was hired. The Skype interview was because I lived out of state. The interviews were all simple and more about me and my resume than anything else.

I was contacted only via email, which was nice. I met with three people my first interview and returned to meet with a few of the board members! Every single person I met was very professional and made me feel welcomed!
