Shortly interview process - apply online, then get a call, then personal interview with someone from your country and in your country and if you need to relocate to another country then you have skype interview with people from another country - Malta. Interview and answer process takes too long time. Seemed they are unprofessional.

In general, they have interested you as a personality, not professionally. If you are young, energetic and you will like your new boss you will get a position as Customer Support Officer. Ofcourse in each market its different.
