Overall a good experience with an innovative company! Details below. Half hour interview: personal + technical screening with technical team members Take-home technical assignment: 48 hours to complete fairly involved assignment from the moment I received the email. Was over the holidays and a tad frustrating that I had to take time away from family to complete. Would have been nice if they asked for my availability to complete. Little feedback on the assignment after submission. 30-minute interview with co-founders: extremely nice and engaging conversation with founders, discussed the company at large and about my experiences. Received offer after co-founder interview. Asked to tour the office, was kindly given the opportunity to see the space and meet some more super nice team members. Would have been excited to accept the offer if another opportunity hadn't been a better fit.

In my case I had two interviews, one with a talent acquisition talent, and later with a manager. In the first case was a personal interview and the other one was a technical interview. Later I had a call with HR to explain me the next steps when I accepted the job, everything so nice
