I had two interviews after the initial submission of my CV and cover letter: 1) With Paul Inkpen to talk about my background, position and company in more general terms 2) with Margarita to get deeper on an end to end AI project that I had led in the past. Both were demanding but I was very happy in how transparent and welcoming they were. I didn't feel pressure at all, but very engaged.
