Incredibly lengthy application process, poor communication. I had to keep asking for updates every few weeks. It took four months just to find out I didn't get the job. The actual interview was fine, but the company decided to restructure the interview process halfway through, so I was not actually graded by the folks who interviewed me which was frustrating, since I then didn't get a chance to build rapport with the individuals who were doing the hiring. And I only found all this out because I asked, the process was very opaque.

Flexible as I was out of town during their interviewing window, they allowed me to interview by phone. They adapted their process to facilitate the sample activity. There was an interview panel and I was asked to answer questions in Spanish and English.
