The process was completely based on coding abilities with emphasis on how maintainable your code is. They had two coding rounds. Coding 1: They asked us to complete any 10 problems from extremism.io. It was entirely self paced. After completion they asked us to send in our extremism id and make the answers public. Coding 2: They gave us a real time scenario and two days time to complete it. This is gonna be a tad difficult but you can always discuss with them. But everything was through mail. After completion, they asked us to share our Github link for discussion about the exercise and our code. There were no aptitude rounds. Even though I completed both the rounds, I wasn't selected and they didn't give me any feedback. Anyway, the process itself was informative and I learn't a lot about software development and design.
