Paralegal managers ask about how you work with others, have you led a trial, what programming are you familiar with? Call you about a week later. Then run background and conflicts check. Hired.

Initial contact by phone and then video interview. The interviewers asked about your experience and were pretty specific in telling you the skills they were looking for. They used Microsoft Teams which was a bit difficult to deal with in that you had to download the app which took up a lot of memory.
