I had a very disappointing experience with the company’s interview process. An interview was scheduled with me, and I specifically planned my workday to work from home so I could attend the discussion at the scheduled time.
However, the interview was cancelled without any prior notification. I only found out at the last moment after I had already rearranged my schedule for the day. This shows a lack of professionalism and disregard for a candidate’s time and preparation.
While unexpected changes can happen, basic communication and courtesy should be expected in any professional hiring process. Unfortunately, this experience reflected poorly on the company’s respect for candidates.
Advice to Management:
Improve communication with candidates and respect their time. If an interview needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, candidates should be informed in advance.
