Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 2 meses. Fui entrevistado pela Murphy Oil Corporation em jan. de 2014
Entrevista
After submitting my application it took roughly four to six weeks to hear back from Murphy Oil due to it being Christmas time. I had two interviews with HR and the team that I would work within. These were conducted very professionally, the initial interview focused more on the technical aspects of the role and how my experience was relevant to the analyst position. The second interview was behavioral based and focused more on my personality and attributes. Murphy also did a background check and had me complete psychometric tests online. All in all the interview process took roughly two months before I was informed of the decision.

There was no interview because she didn’t even show up. Her excuse was that she thought her meeting with me was with someone internal. So she just ignores her internal meetings?
I applied online in the beginning of February. Recruiter reached out maybe at the end of Feb. She called me in the middle of the work day that popped up as a scam likely, so of course I didn’t answer. She left a voicemail letting me know she was the recruiter and to call her back. I did end up calling her back almost immediately. Did she pick up? No. Did she ever call me back? Also no.
I had to get in touch with her via LinkedIn. That process took days if not a whole week, just for her to tell me to email her my availability. I let her know my availability, but she waited some time to then randomly send me a teams invite without asking me for confirmation. She did this twice. The second time was not even in the time I gave her. I have other people asking me for my availability. It doesn’t seem like she respects my time at all, especially with the no show,
Overall terrible communication. I understand this might just be the recruiter, but it’s a bad look for the company.
