I sent my application directly to HR. it was forwarded to the Principal doing the hiring. It took more than three weeks to hear back with an invitation to create several documents using Microsoft Office programs and submit them online. Then another two weeks or longer waiting. I was offered an interview nearly a full month after applying. At the interview, I was asked a lot of "scenerio" questions, given a list of about nine items to prioritize, and then asked to use a computer in the office to do yet another Excell processing activity. The interview took about an hour. It has been another month+ since interviewing with no word from the Principal, including no reply to my follow-up email.
