Zoom call and then offer letter. Pretty simple process. I was given a 50 min interview followed by weeks of waiting and then an offer. At this point I just wanted to fill words so I agreed to everything that was pointed out

It was a telephonic interview. They contacted me through head hunting services in India. after application submission, interviews was just a formality. there we no technical questions asked. just background check and I got the job. Salary negotiations was non existent .
