I applied online only to be contacted by a recruiter that was assisting with this role. After a 30 minute call, I was told I would hear back on some outstanding questions. 3 weeks had passed and I then was contacted by another recruiter in the firm to tell me she had taken over and would be interviewing me again. After a 45 minute call, it was apparent that they were not looking for a marketing team leader, but an art director, marketing coordinator, marketing strategist, and photographer all in one for the low price of $90,000. The job description posted versus what was communicated on the interview was so vastly different, I couldn’t believe I was interviewing for the same role.
