Assessment, recorded phone interview, mention of a 1 hour long interview to follow… The job description did not accurately reflect the role posted. Be aware: this is a high-volume call center position not the analytical role advertised. The process felt misleading and was definitely a bait and switch tactic. Do your research to preserve your talent, experience, and time.
First video interview then 2nd interview is with two supervisors via video chat easy questions but to actually hear back it takes a while depending on how many interviews they have, have not heard back yet been over a week
