An agency booked me Teams interview and quoted a salary offered of 90K as they recruited for this business before. However, the director was surprised by the figure and acted wishy-washy telling me DMs in MY construction are paid 70-75K. I explained to him this was what your agency quoting me for ages in previous calls!! I'm not making things up plus this's the market range now!! obviously, he was lying in my face trying to sell me short. I declined the offer as I've seen enough red flags in this so-called 10min interview. (Agency already warned me it will be quick 10-20min) typical bluffing behaviour of Tier 6 contractors...

I had to speak about what I do myself with no real questions asked other than ''How much you're getting paid and how much do you want?'' lmao...literally!!! He was only talking about money in broken English for this so-called 10 min interview lol
