A few days after my application the CEO and director contact me to arrange an interview at a time and day that was good for both of us. Then the interview was on Skype and lasted around half an hour. During this time the director explained many things about the company, the way things worked, the aims etc. He was open to any questions or clarifications I had about the business and my roles there. Then he asked a couple of questions about my experience, my diplomas and period I was interested and available to work. It was very essential that we had the necessary qualifications to work at the company, to ensure the quality of the work. After a few days the director contact me again, to inform me that I was successfully accepted and that we could already sign the Erasmus agreements.
