I was approached by recruiting agency, interview is scheduled face to face next available weekend. It was a tough one for me, they expect you to know everything in the development cycle. We generally colloborate as teams, everyone owns their responsibility. Salary increment offered is negligble. I did go with inadequate preparation. Not sure how many positions are open, but they are screening from morning to evening.
