One of the questions they asked me was to pretend I was teaching a student a topic (of my choosing from a list) within a quick time period.
Video interview consisting of general questions outlining motivation for wanting to be a tutor and experience that makes one suitable for the role, and a technical interview requiring the interviewee to provide a mock tutoring session on a subject of their choice.

Entrevista
An informal chat going over some basic questions, similar to those posted here. You can book an interview slot on a given day. It was very brief and easy. My feeling is that as long as you can socialise, if you're offered an interview, you'll get the position. Offered chance to ask questions at end. I asked the interviewer questions at the end about numbers of tutors and students on the platform.
