Typical interview process with another employee in my potential division and the HR recruiter. I was brought in for a second interview with senior-level employees in the Quality division. It was a positive experience overall.

The first step was filling out an online application and submitting it. Shortly after submitting the online application, I received a phone call from Mylan's Human Resource department requesting an in person interview. A on site interview was conducted in person with a panel, at the facility. Approximately 6 months after the on site interview, Mylan's Human Resources department called and extended to me a job offer for a chemist.

Applied Oct 26th, HR phone call Oct 28th, Hiring Director phone interview 15 mins on Nov 2nd (supposed to be 45 mins). After the phone interview, HR contacted me on same day to schedule onsite interview on Nov 6th. The onsite interview was supposed to be one hour but only lasted half out. only two hiring managers showed up instead of 5 scheduled manager. After the interview i was told i will be contacted in 2 weeks to a month. I was contacted on Nov 10th and got the job offer.
