Applied online, HR emailed me an hour later asking to set up a phone interview. We agreed on a date and time. HR sent a confirmation email right away. That day came (4pm was the interview), no one called. Waited an hour before calling them. No one picked up, no emails, nothing. I am very disappointed as I was extremely excited about the position.

Very easy. Really just a basic tell me about yourself, how do you handle difficult guests. It was more of a formality since they always need staff , because of the high turnover. The techs and managers are always in disputes over scheduling and payments and GSRs caught in between.
