Entrevista
The sales side has a lot of energy, the engineering side was very disrespectful and changed the interviewing times on several occasions across multiple interviews. This makes it hard when you have a full time career to keep changing times. The pre-sales engineering team is too focused on catching you in a tech question, rather than finding anything out about the other half of the job, ie. soft-skills, client relationships, am relationships, financials, c-level pitching, resources, etc.

My first phone call with the recruiter was great, she was informative and said she would followup by email for the next phase:
Phase2: I was interviewed by 2 person panel. The 1st person came right out of the gate and told me about the position and what it takes. He asked for my background but this interview seemed like he had to do it and wasn't really interested in my experience. The 2nd person asked me general questions of what my strong skills and what mistakes I have made, and how it made me a better professional.
