I applied on their job post and they refer me to beraten software what they claim aligned with their company, This was the worst and most unprofessional interview experience I have ever had. The job description required fluency in English, yet the interviewer spoke with a very broken accent. He behaved more like a strict teacher, getting angry or shouting at nearly every answer I gave. Just imagine—if this is the behavior during an interview, what would it be like for employees? He also told me, “I will update you by today regarding the next steps” when I asked about the process. But afterward, there was complete silence. It’s clear they don’t even know what they’re doing.

At first, they gave us a written exam with 90 minutes of time. After that, we waited for about 30 minutes, and then they called us one by one for the viva. I think everything was well organized.
