The process has technical interview in which if you pass, you will proceed with VP interview. The technical interview was ok, and was able to learn/pickup something new. The main issue is that after the VP interview, no more message/reply from HR / Recruiter regarding the updates and I find it very disrespectful . Basically ghosted.
