The process was straight forward..questions about my work visa and experience...Very straight forward, the interview lasted 25 minutes tops...They really wanted to know about my skills, if i was willing to work longer hours, if I was willing to travel on short notice, if I liked what I did, if I could work for a Japanese company

The first round of the interview is very simple, just talk to you for some general ideas and some questions about your resume. Then, if you are considered a good candidate, then you will attend a software test, it is not that hard.
