The hiring manager was polite and passionate about his job, overall process is very quick and efficient. First round to last round interview took slightly more than 1 month and the recruiter kept me updated every steps throughout the process

The process took an average one month with lots of postpones from one date to another. The first step was with the HR manager. Easy questions about current qualifications and working duties. The main purpose was to be sure that you know some info about N26 and its business and you really want to work there. The second step was a phone interview with the Head of Mktg department. This one was quite hard and full of unexpected questions, which were related more with the IQ, rather than with the actual skills and capabilities. Prepare to be answered on a famous question about watches and degree between the arrows. This question was asked not only for this position. I think the problem is that N26 is searching more for some genius rather than just for a really motivated people who are able to work and deliver the results. N26 is quite famous, so they have a lot of candidates, that's why they can easily reject. That's a bit sad, but business is the business.
