The interview process for the Summer 2024 Policy Intern Position was stellar! I met with members from the voter participation sector and economic justice sector who asked pointed and targeted questions regarding the position! It was a 30-45 minute interview and I enjoyed it!

Apply via cover letter and resume, then participate in a challenging phone interview. The interview lasted for approximately 1 hour. I was asked about 6 questions with a few follow-up questions sprinkled through out. The tone was slightly aggressive (in the lawyer way) but I wasnt expecting it, so it was a little intimidating.
