Multiple small online assessments. A video interview and a group interview. The group interview was more of an information session trying to sell you on working at NAB. They get you to stand in front of the rest of the group to present some info. Don't worry about not knowing much about banking or finance - the purpose isn't to assess your knowledge.

Was a very lengthy process.
First you get the invitation to an online assessment. This has three parts. One behavioural and two timed analytical questions.
Then you get the invitation to the video interview.
