video interview with 3 questions via an APP using a mobile phone, the APP has a tutorial and a trail, so you don't feel so nervous. Each question has 1-2min to answer, and you can review it after finishing recording.

Applied online then few day slater got requested for online tests. The next stage was a group interview online on the phone. The last step is a one on one interview and i am yet to do it.

After i submitted my resume and Cover letter, an online assessment came out after 3 days. After that i was shortlisted and was asked to do a video interview. The online assessment is mainly on multi-tasking, but overall it is easy.
