Simple and straight forward. Good understanding of position requirements and skills and knowledge needed. Overall, an easy process from start to finish. Received offer at the end of interview. Pay based on skillset and experience.
I had phone interview with hiring manager, we talked about the position and my prior experience in the industry. Discussed benefits and scheduling. Casual and painless process. Interviewer was friendly and knowledgeable.
