I applied for the role and was initially told that an interview would be arranged. Communication after that was unclear. After I shared autism related context during the process, I later received an email saying the role involved frequent changes, dynamic priorities, and a fast paced environment, and that they would not continue. No interview ultimately took place, despite the earlier indication that one would be arranged. I found the process disappointing because I felt I was not assessed individually through an interview.
