Entrevista
Referred to internship by former supervisor at NBC Olympics. Consisted of an initial phone screen, followed by an additional phone interview with two employees one week later. Invited back for an in-person interview the next month, offer was extended in person. Work was meaningful on some days, redundant on others. Compensated for travel expenses, but no additional compensation is given to NBC interns. Required that I get course credit at my college to make up for lack of pay.

First, I submitted an application and my resume. I was then I was asked to complete the 1st round of interviews conducted through an online platform (record answers with a limited number of tries). After that, I was invited to a 2nd round interview conducted on Zoom, but I didn't make it past this round.
