I was contacted by a recruiter. After an initial phone screen, I had two 30-minute phone interviews with potential supervisors. There was a discrepancy between the recruiter's understanding of the position and the supervisors' understanding of the position.

Entrevista
It was very relaxed. We sat on the couch in the employee's office to make it less formal. Altogether it took less than 30 minutes. She was really interested in making me feel comfortable, which I greatly appreciate, and she actually did more talking during the interview than I did.
