Contacted by a Recruiter to do a recorded interview online (2 written questions, 3 recorded via webcam), and was given 3 days to do so. After I completed it, there was no word whatsoever for 2 weeks. I emailed and called once to ask my status -- nothing. I had to search and find out on my own that I was rejected via the website.
