I applied in January, then in February a recruiter who was outsourced talked to me, then in March I had a teams call interview that went well in my view, but I was ghosted with no feedback from the recruiting staff who set things up.
The interviews itself were fine, but not following up with updates and being so inconsistent and late is unacceptable. Streamline the process, get some help, I don't care, but do your jobs when it comes having an interview or update on the role. Otherwise more and more people will stand up and call out ghosting and plain laziness and your ineffective approach to hiring.

I applied online and all interviews were online too. I did 3 rounds. The gaps between rounds were quite long. The process didn’t move very quickly.

Great recruiter and feedback after rounds, Nice people! Longer process: one screen, three virtual, one in person. About a one week response time between interviews. Campus was beautiful. Dress code was more on casual side.

Went through a recruiting / staffing agency. Efficient- one 30 minute interview with manager and department leads. Focused on cultural fit questions. Very conversational. Received offer for contract position next day.
