They asked if I've worked on another film as a production assistant. They are looking for you to say yes. If you said yes usually you just get the job on the spot. Its all about connections or having work experience.

Went through several teams interviews. All with nice people who genuinely cared to see if I was a good fit for the company. Very inclusive and inviting experience. There was never more than two rounds of interviews.

Karamo Show Production Assistant specifically for casting. I had a connection that got me the interview but did pretty poorly, so stopped at the 1st interview. They seemed very busy and had some candidates already in mind.
