Recruiter is extremely unresponsive even though I was simply responding to their emails asking for availability. Both the recruiter and the scheduler were unprofessional and made mistakes in terms of interview times and didn't bother to respond to my emails clarifying. I somehow went through three rounds of interviews after applying despite their lack of communication. I was excited about the role and think it went to someone more experienced/deserved but they need to revamp their talent acquisition team

The interview process consisted of an initial phone interview with a member of the HR team, a second video interview with the legal team member that would be your supervisor, and then in-person interviews with other legal team members.
