I did two interviews both of them went well and then I did not hear back from them with anything regarding a decision. Overall, process was brief but not transparent.

Standard interview process, questioned on experience and responsibilities, familiarity with certain banking software / OSes and knowledge of banking processes and methods. Was asked a few 'what would you do' type questions. Was asked how I would engage in conflict management in the case it arose. Was asked why I had picked NBK.
