2 phone interviews followed by 2 working interviews. Miranda was very responsive via email. We discussed salary expectations but they paid me $4 less an hour then discussed for the first 4 hour working interview. They were not flexible with the working interview time slots so I had to take a full day off of work to get paid less then what I make at my current job. This interview style doesn’t work for a working professional. The company seems great I would just suggest being more flexible to people applying for the positions that are already employed because let’s be real !! people that already have jobs and show good work ethics is what you really want out of a prospective employee. I accepted another position.l during this interview process.
