Very easily and welcoming. Good flow of communication and context of the job. There’s four week training and that they focus on developing success with employees. I was given a scenario about a delinquent account and my approach to calling someone for it. Got good constructive feedback on my ability respond.

Scenario. You lent someone $1,000 but they didn’t pay it back after saying they will. They ghost you and changed their phone. You get their new number accidentally by a mutual friend. You call this person. How would approach the $1,000?
