Had an interview with Deputy CEO after first round f discussions with HR Consultant. The interview went for one hour and have received the call immediately from Hr consultant on the confirmation and within a week received an offer after due delligence.

Initial round of interview is Group Discussion followed by personal interview of candidates with regional head regarding future plans, questions regarding academics. After the interview selection results are announced through mail and are asked to report at the regional office.
