Entered the company through an external apprenticeship program which NCR recruited from. The interview was a short 15 minute affair with two branch managers - technical abilities, 5-year timeline and interest in electronics and repairs were discussed.

Wonderlic quiz that is basically an aptitude test, must have a clean drivers abstract and a valid G licence. Must know many IT IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes) procedures for the job.
