I saw the opening on Dice and sent my resume to the recruiter. Couple of weeks later got an intial call from the recruiter. His description of the job was completely opposite to my interview experience. Few days later, got scheduled for a phone call with the hiring manager. Manager was very technical and asked a lot of technical questions. There was another phone technical interview with one of the team member.
