(1) Application online, (2) call (phone screen) from recruiter 2 weeks later (3) meeting with GM 1 week after that. (4) offer 1 week later. The GM I interviewed with was great, we had similar personalities. FYI- They will not tell you salary until you receive offer and hiring manager will state He/She does not know if you ask, they will say it’s an HR function.
