She felt I met what the hiring manager was looking for so she set up a time for me and the VP to talk. It went well and I was flown out to meet in person with the hiring manager and a few other influencers. The VP made it clear he wanted to move forward, but there was a big lack of communication and follow up after that. Almost a month later, after multiple unreturned phone calls to the recruiter and VP, I get a phone call for an offer.
