First the headhunting find me and communicate with me that the job is suit me and I will promote to a more high level,at time time, I agree and try one time, then I deliver my resume to headhunting, NCR HR interview me first, and then the retail business director interview me, at last, china GM interview, they confirm my capability and feel me to suit the job,then I enter to NCR and develop my career

quite an easy process, everyone was nice but i felt overlooked by the hr department when it came to communicating, the emails were slow really and i had other opoortunities so i couldn't wait on them, i ended up reaching out myself to make sure the process is still live and to add myself into a loop of it all, but it really was hard to keep up and go get some information back

It was correct interview, spoked with team leaders, they respond to me 5 days later that I didn't get the job. I thought that would be remote position, but not, so I wasn't disappointed that match. 7/10

3 interviews - HR, Line Mgr, Regional Mgr. 1 month duration (depends on urgency). No written exams - need to be articulate on your experience. Interview takes around 1hr each but interviewers frame the conversations so you will lose track of time.
