Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 meses. Fui entrevistado pela NCR Corporation em mar. de 2010
Entrevista
I applied for the job in early 2010. Several weeks later, I got a call that I had made it to the first telephone interview. I got through that and then had a second phone interview. Then a third phone interview with one of the attorneys I would be working with. Finally, got individual in person interviews with 5 different people. Then came a video interview with two attorneys. After two weeks of not hearing from NCR, I emailed their recruiting group to find out if the job had been filled. I got an email back that it had. I understand that these days most people never hear anything after an interview but I thought that after going through almost two months of interviewing, I would at least get the courtesy of a rejection call or letter or email but I got nothing. The recruiter told me I came in second for the job so if I did that well, then why couldn't they at least call me and tell me that I didn't get the job. She recommended that I apply for two paralegal positions they have available now but I am not interested in going through another two, three, four, etc. months of interviews to again not get any kind of a response. After reading the comments on this board, I think I am probably very lucky I didn't get the job anyway. I hope anybody who applies with NCR is not in any hurry to find a job and if you get another job offer while you are waiting, take my advice and take the other job.

Wouldn"t I be bored with the job because I had such an extensive background as a legal assistant?

A very tedious, unorganized, and unprofessional process. I was first contacted for a position and interviewed in mid March--the process took over a month. There were four rounds of interviews consisting of eight people. Four interviews via zoom, and one in person. Not only is this unheard of, but extremely time consuming. I made the time to attend each round although it was almost impossible with my schedule. The third interview conducted in person, also had me tour the building and floor I'd be working on as well. All of this time consuming interviewing to NOT be hired in the end. Extremely disappointed with the process and unprofessionalism of this company. Being unorganized and showing lack of consideration to potential candidates is a telling sign of a company to stay away from. They also require their employees to work in the office now 5 days a week which is also unheard of in 2024. I do not recommend this company.
